    防空机构最初设立于1958年9月， 即“临淄县人民防空指挥部”。指挥部开
始由6人组成，1962年8月调整为9人，其办公室设在县兵役局。1965年6月，临淄
县人民防空指挥部改称临淄县人民防空委员会，由15人组成，日常工作由县人民
武装部作战训练科代管。1969年12月，成立临淄区革命委员会战备领导小组，并
设立常设办事机构人防办公室。1982年7月改为临淄区人民防空委员会。
