    1966年，为兴建胜利炼油厂和其他化工企业，建立中国建设银行胜利支行，
隶属东营支行。1967年1月，该机构撤销。1973年1月，建立中国人民建设银行辛
店办事处。行址设于中国人民银行胜利分理处院内，编制6人。1977年9月，迁至
辛店。1978年12月，改称中国人民建设银行淄博市临淄区支行，编制15人。1979
年，设立中国人民建设银行淄博市金岭支行。1981年，建行临淄区支行成立信托
投资公司。1982年10月停办。1984年9月又恢复。并成立信托业务咨询服务公司。
1985年底，中国人民建设银行临淄区支行设业务、会计、秘书3个科，编制11人。
