    区内年平均地面温度14.4℃，较年平均气温偏高2.2℃。7月份最高，为29.3
℃； 1月份最低， 为－3.6℃，1964年至1985年，地面极端最高温度为65.4℃，
出现在1967年5月29日；地面极端最低温度－26.9℃，出现在1985年12月8日。
    地面温度降低引起的冻土，一般始于11月下旬末至12月上旬初，平均初日为
12月1日。 解冻日期一般在2月下旬至3月中旬，平均终日为3月2日。冻土的深度
