    粮食议价收购，从1963年开始，价格随行就市。1979年前收购量很少。1980
年，国家粮食部制定了《关于粮食和食用油脂、油料议购议销试行办法》后，粮
食议购业务逐年扩大。 至1985年， 共议购粮食9400万斤，油脂54.7万斤，油料
267.5万斤，蓖麻子13.5万斤，油饼5.8万斤。
