    1972年前，县党政机关企事业单位的房产均为自管。1973年区建设局设房管
组，始统管党、政机关及事业单位房产。1976年区建立房管所，在编干部、职工
7人， 隶属区建设局。1982年撤销房管所，建立临淄区房产管理局，在编干部、
职工18人。 1984年5月改称临淄区房产管理事业公司，在编干部、职工19人。内
部机构设置有人秘股、财务股、房管股、生计股。领属住宅经营公司、房产维修
公司、城里房管所、辛店房管站4个基层单位。
