    电子工业始于70年代，1970年建临淄无线电元件厂，1972年投产。1976年有
职工52人，产晶体管9万只，产值75.2万元。1978年有职工107人，产晶体管27.2
万只， 产值250万元， 利润3万元。1982年以来，因产品销路不畅，生产下降。
1983年有职工90人， 固定资产原值39万元，产值39万元，利润2万元。1984年发
展到三种主要产品，即硅变容二级管，单结晶体二极管，调谐变容二级管。是年，
该厂收为市属企业。
