    2004年，召开了全区保密工作会议和保密干部座谈会，到万昌集团等单位进
行了商业保密宣传教育，在区电视台播放了保密教育宣传片，加强保密宣传教育。
与各单位签订了保密责任协议书， 先后3次对全区各部门的计算机使用情况进行
安全保密检查，均未发生失泄密事件。区保密局被评为山东省保密工作先进单位。
