    1976年矿家属委员会开办劳动服务网点， 组织家属劳动。1980年5月，成立
了夏庄煤矿生产服务大队， 1981年4月，根据淄博矿务局的指示，改称夏庄煤矿
劳动服务社，1985年12月，改称劳动服务公司。根据工作需要于1985年下半年迁
至原二井机关办公楼。
