    1954年5月24日，夏庄煤矿成立合理化建议委员会。
    1964年二立井成立革新小组，配备3人，后人员充实到9人。
    1965年矿成立革新小组，配备6人。
    1966～1976年“文革” 期间矿革新小组情况： 1966年15人，1967年23人，
1971年l0人，1976年5人。二立井革新小组于1972年撤销。
    1978年2月，成立夏庄煤矿双革办公室。
    1983年5月，双革办公室撤销，双革工作划归矿机电科。
    1985年3月23日，成立夏庄煤矿科学技术协会。设科协办公室。
