    1980年以前， 医药基金按工资总额的5.5％提取，其中，上交淄博矿务局卫
生处2.7％，矿留用2.8％。职工在矿务局医院住院、就诊免费。职工家属半费医
疗。1980年10月，上交矿务局部分改为1.2％，矿留用4.3％，去局属医院住院及
就诊的医疗费、住院费，由矿支付。
    医药费使用：50％用于药械费。其余用于医务人员工资、医院办公费，职工
在局属医院住院就诊的医疗费、路费，劳保职工和离退休干部，在当地医院 (按
规定)就诊医药费报销。
