    遵照政府的规定，夏庄煤矿对荣、复、转、退军人和军烈属于每年的“八一”
节、春节，召开两次代表座谈会，入武部召集，矿领导亲自参加。对军烈属除矿
领导节日亲自走访慰问外，人武部门负责经常走访了解情况，遇有困难都能优先
给予照顾。
    根据上级指示，1976--1989年共妥善安置复退军人58名，他们均愉快地走上
了各自的工作岗位。
