    1949年1月15日，私营瑞成煤矿工会成立，委员会7人组成。
    1954年5月，改称公私合营夏庄煤矿工会委员会，委员由7人增至11人。
    1957年1月，改为夏庄煤矿工会委员会。
    1967年2月，因受“文革”冲击而停止活动。
    1970年12月，成立夏庄煤矿“工代会”。
    1973年6月，恢复夏庄煤矿工会委员会。
