    八陡镇位于淄博市博山区东南部，距离博山城区11.2千米，是博山区的工业重镇和重要交通枢纽，镇域面积40平方千米，
辖33个基层党组织、17个行政村、4个社区，党员1867名，总人口4万人。镇政府驻地距离博莱高速下路口14千米，省道仲临路
（S237）、博沂路（S236）、湖南路（S235）以及博八铁路穿境而过，辖区内交通便利、路网完善、主导产业特色鲜明，以机
械装备制造、日用玻璃两大产业为支撑的工业产业体系相对完备，在区域经济总量中占据相当比重。
