    2016年，区殡仪馆继续保持全区遗体火化率100%的目标，火化遗体3497具，实现“零差错和零事故”的目标。坚持进行每
周教育学习，广泛开展殡仪馆职工守则和职业道德规范的学习教育活动，安排人员到省内外殡仪馆参观学习，开阔职工的眼界，
提高殡葬执法水平。通过学习培训，在遗体整容化妆、车辆检修、火化机检修以及电子微机屏操作等岗位，大大提高规范化服
务水平和工作效率，群众服务满意率均保持在95%以上。
