    实施公共卫生服务项目贫困人口全覆盖，把贫困人口签约服务作为家庭医生签约的重点，累计签约贫困人口13653人，签
约率100%。为全区65岁以上贫困人口开展健康查体，开展“6+2”健康查体4105人；开展贫困人口“先诊疗后付费”工作，将
贫困人口全部纳入“先诊疗后付费”服务模式，在出院时及时结算医保报销后的医疗费用，贫困人口就医需求得到充分保障。
截至年底，共有1170名贫困人口享受到“先诊疗后付费”服务；开展全区贫困人口健康会诊及分类救治活动，全面落实健康扶
贫“八个一”工程，累计完成2271名贫困人口的分类救治工作，发放健康联系卡8000余张，健康明白纸15000余份。
