    3月15日，召开博山区“3·15”国际消费者权益日消费维权座谈会，组织7个工商所开展3·15赶大集（上街宣传）活动，
发放宣传资料2000余份，现场解答群众咨询500余人次。4月15日，省消协、市消协在博山区举办“中国陶瓷琉璃古镇”消费体
验活动。2016年，共受理、分流消费者投诉举报263起，其中举报115起，投诉148起；接受消费者咨询等服务190余人次。
