    7月21日，区防汛抗旱总指挥部在池上镇赵庄村开展一次村级防汛应急演练，演练共分为山洪预警、群众转移、抢筑子堤、
水上搜救四个科目。提高全区防汛抗旱总指挥部各成员单位及各级防汛指挥部的现场指挥能力、应急能力和处置自然灾害的能
力，增强人民群众遇到强降雨及山洪灾害时的自救能力和逃生能力，锻炼区、镇、村防汛抢险队伍，检验防汛应急预案的可操
作性和可行性。
