    邮电行业从历史上与其它行业在工资福利相比，尚为优惠。博山局建立后，
职工工资待遇由“供给制”逐步演变到现行的工资制度，同时还利用基金或专项
拨款，修建了职工食堂、宿舍、托儿所、医务室、健身房、舞厅、公寓、游泳池
等福利设施，实行了职工离退休、医疗保健、休假等制度。
