    本厂年耗油计划1.7万吨， 自1972年燃化部批准计划至今没变，此量只能满
足油烧窑炉用。锅炉油耗属计划外用油，年用量约2000吨。每年由省经委批拨，
按照国拨价划款。 计划内油价，1970年至1983年5月，每吨油进厂价55元，1983
年6月提价， 炼油厂每吨油125元，再加运费，每吨油进厂价133元。现本厂有两
个蓄油罐，大的2000立方米，小的500立方米，总蓄油容量为2500立方米。
