    本厂自1953年3月建立党组织以后， 企业中的重大问题均由党支部决定，由
厂长及分管部门具体实施。1954年底至1956年，企业推行“一长制”。“一长制”
后恢复“党委领导下的厂长负责制”。 “文革”期间，1967年1月至1972年4月，
由群众组织、“革命委员会”、“党的核心领导小组”行使领导权。之后，重新
建立党委，仍执行“党委领导下厂长负责制”。1985年10月开始改为“厂长负责
制”，实行任期目标责任制。
