    1954年底，学习苏联，本厂开始建立“一长制”、强调厂长为企业行政的全
权领导，工厂的一切生产，经营，生活等重太问题均由厂长决定，党组织和群众
对其只起监督和保障作用。1956年中国共产党第八届全国代表大会以后，“一长
制” 撤销，时为一年多。1985年8月，本厂成立“厂长负责制”领导小组，10月
中旬开始党政分开，由“党委领导下的厂长负责制”改为“厂长负责制”。
