    本厂自建厂至今，领导体制多次变更，开始采用“工厂管理委员会制”，后
来一度试行“一长制”，尔后改为“党委领导下的厂长(分工)负责制”，自全国
五届人大后，同时采用“职工代表大会制”。1985年10月由“党委领导下的厂长
负责制”改为“厂长负责制”。
