    1981年4月15日， 经本市政府批准，由山东博山陶瓷厂家属工厂改为山东博
山陶瓷厂群利加工厂， 先后有474名家属工转为集体企业工人，享受劳保福利待
遇。同年10月6日招工200名，1982年6月招工198名，两次招工均为山东博山陶瓷
厂职工子女。从而，解决了部分待业青年的就业问题。
