    1980年11月20日，博山区设立公证处，始有公证制度。区公证处为二级行政
机构， 受区司法局直接领导，1985年有公证员、助理公证员和其他干部共6名。
自1981年1月至1985年底， 公证处共办理经济合同、劳动合同、农村生产承包合
同公证和收养子女、财产继承、遗嘱、家庭协议、有奖储蓄、宅基、房屋买卖、
租赁、拆迁等企业和个人公证1698件。
