    清末，博山县衙座落于县前街。县衙长官为知县，统管一县之政务。由知县
聘幕宾，分1刑名、钱谷、书启、帐房、征收5席，下设稿案、杂务、执贴、用印、
派门丁。县衙设吏、户、礼、兵、刑、工，秉承知县的旨意，按照职权分工，履
行各自的职责。光绪末年，筹备立宪，另设宪政科，直至辛亥革命胜利。
