    1980年， 农业银行博山区支行恢复，逐步建立健全了农村l0个办事处、7个
营业所、17个信用社，开展储蓄业务。同时新建储蓄所27处，并增设储蓄代办点
79个。 全区农村储蓄所、点共124个，布局比较合理，方便农民存储、提取。全
区从事农村储蓄工作的人员共有150人。 截至1985年末，  全区农村储蓄余额达
4978万元， 比1 980年的919万元增长了5．4倍。 农村储蓄开办种类有活期储蓄
(包括存单、存折两种)，定期储蓄(包括零存整取、整存整取、又分一、三、五、
八年期限)，存本取息储蓄，定期定额有奖储蓄，整存零取储蓄，定活两便储蓄，
个体经济存款，共7种。
