   1965年3月，建立电器维修部。初在城里大街租赁房2间，挂牌营业。1966年，迁址三里沟火车站南首商业区，房屋6间。主要业务：承接小型输变电线路安装工程。人员：平时5至7人，接工程后，人员增至20人左右。年产值12万元。负责人杨志瑞。1970年电器维修部转为大队企业，改称输变电线路安装队。
