    高级社建立，土地归集体所有，取消了土地分红。牲畜、农具作价入社。生产实行“三包”（包工、包产、包成本）“一奖”（超产奖）的管理措施；劳动实行定额管理。社员出勤按劳记工，多劳多得。社员口粮实行“人七劳三”比例分配办法。年终，口粮、工分款均结算找清。张榜公布社员明细账。
    高级社时期，按户人口分少量自留地，增加户收入。
