    1951年，土改工作结束，村民户皆有土地。种植收获的农产品除交纳农业税及村公益金，余者皆归己有。1952年，政府号召农业生产互助合作，是年2月，村建起了3个生产互助组。互助组为群众性的互助互利生产组织。经营形式：各户出工、有畜出畜，年终按出工数（畜折工）结算，欠工者以粮款找平。
