    抗日战争结束后，1947年8月至1948年2月，国民党政权在村庄沿袭日伪时期保甲制，推行“合乡并保”政策。张家庄与一里沟村（现为泉龙村）并为一保，称之“联保”，下辖甲。甲以下设“五家联座”，即一家通“匪”则牵连五家。时联保长正、副各一人。张家庄共13甲、24个“五家联座”。甲长13人，24名“联座”负责人。
