    1995年，旧村改造基本结束后，多数村民住进楼房，用煤炉取暖有诸多不便，且
污染空气， 影响环境卫生。为此村委首先在有条件的村办公楼、幼儿园和2幢村民楼
由电厂集中供热。至1998年，实行集中供热的有96户，总面积为8000平方米，其余则
采用取暖做饭两用水暖炉(俗称土暖气)取暖。
