    淄川开关厂， 由淄城人民公社街道居民委员会于1971年6月在太平街南首路西
租赁房屋6间建厂。开始用手工工具生产控制按纽，厂名定为淄城机床电器开关厂。
1976年7月， 迁至鱼市街北首路西。1980年12月，上收为区属企业，改称淄川开关
厂。1991年春，开发西关商业区，建设淄川综合农贸市场拆迁，在朱家庄南首另建
新厂。
