    镇村两级企业，兴建年代不一，但多数都进行了扩建和技术改造。经过扩建和技
改， 规模扩大，机械化程度提高，其产值和利税均有较大幅度增加。1986、1987、1
995、 1996、1997年，5年时间两级企业扩建和技改项目185个，累计投资3.98亿元，
增加产值7.7亿元,利税1.29亿元。年均扩建和技改项目37个，投资7960万元，增加产
值1.54亿元,利税2580万元。
