    淄城镇位于淄博市楔状盆地(亦称向斜盆地)中部，地势自东向西、自南向北渐低。
东有杜坡山，西有孝妇河，平原占75％。为暖温带季风区半干旱半湿润大陆性气候，
四季分明，光照资源比较丰富，降水量比较集中。土壤属褐土类，多为一、二级地，
适宜农作物生长。
