    1995年旧城旧村改造基本结束，城区形成46个较集中的住宅区。为加强对房产物
业的管理，城一、城二、城三、北关、泉龙、菜园等13个村先后成立物业管理中心，
每个管理中心由5～7名管理人员和专业技术人员组成。物业管理中心受村委会领导，
独立核算，有偿服务。
