    技工学校招生，是按上级劳动部门部署，由区劳动局具体办理招收事宜。淄
川区1960年首次为技工学校招生171名。 1961～1979年，技工学校招生由教育部
门办理。
    1980年，技工学校招生复改为劳动部门办理。招生对象：除少数技校招收部
分农村户口学生外，大部分技校只招收城镇户口学生。
