    区人民检察院成立，即办理经济领域中的犯罪案件，但未设专职人员和专门
机构承办此类案件。 1980年专门设立了经济检察科，配备4人，1982年增加到10
人。
    1984年，严惩严重经济犯罪与严厉打击刑事犯罪活动，全年立案5起，起诉3
起，均作了有罪判决。
    1985年立案侦查、查结起诉13起12人，为国家和集体挽回经济损失达20余万
元。
