    一、物资运输
    淄川区物资运输主要是公路运输。1977年成立物资局车队，有货运汽车7辆。
1985年车队拥有汽车9辆，其中生产车4辆、服务车5辆。
    二、仓储管理
    (一)建立仓库管理制度、物资验收制度、物资入库制度、商品摆放制度、物
资发运包装制度、岗位制度。
    (二)根据物资性能特点，加强防火、防风、防虫、防爆的措施。对易氧化腐
蚀变质的物资及时采取擦油、防潮、防化学反应措施。
