    淄洪支线系由张八铁路淄川站北端出岔，至洪山镇。修筑时间大体与张八铁
路同时，1960年又延伸至龙泉煤矿，全长约17公里。
    该线是一条煤炭运输专用铁路，无客运业务。建国后，随着洪山、龙泉地区
厂矿企业的大量兴建， 其作用益显重要。 建国前该线之洪山车站站舍面积只有
310平方米，目前已增至1231平方米。
