    旧时淄川无重要的官马大路， 只有与官马大路连接的驿路。 《山东通志》
(三)记载：  “淄川县无驿，有里马五匹，马夫三名七分半，白夫六名半。”淄
川县共设十铺：十里、瓦村、旦村、沣水、黄家铺、便衣铺、萌水、高塘、七里、
昆仑，并派铺司兵15名。
    中华民国初期，淄川的驿路有4条。
    张店至博山，中经淄川、白塔庄。
    淄川至益都。
    淄川至邹平。
    淄川至博山。
