    1953年起，国家征购的粮食统一由国家调拨。1953—1987年，全市共调出粮食73285万公斤，调入粮食59493万公斤。粮食调拨出差13792万公斤，平均每年净调出394万公斤。
    1953～1987年，全市共调出食油3399万公斤，调入食油1762万公斤，调出油料3169万公斤，调入油料2468万公斤。35年间，食油净调出1637万公斤，平均每年净调出47万公斤，油料净调出701万公斤，平均每年净调出20万公斤。
