    原为信访检察。县检察院通过受理群众的检举、揭发、控告、申诉及犯罪人员自
首， 对群众来信来访案件进行查处。1953年，查处人民来信127件，其中违法乱纪42
件，经调查核实，有16人受刑事处分，15人受党纪、政纪处分。1978年下半年到1987
年底， 共受理人民来信来访1820件（次）（含多次信访），其中自办613件（次）、
转办567件（次）。
