    1938年8月， 莱阳县儿童团在韶存庄乡下马庄村成立，团长仇健章。1940年冬，
中共莱阳县委少年部负责人战彬，在河里吴家乡张格庄村建立区抗日少年先锋队，吕
京信任队长。 后改称儿童团。1941年2月，莱西县儿童团建立，滕义任儿童团长。各
区、村普遍建立儿童团组织，区儿童团由区青救会领导，设团长；村儿童团由学校和
青救会领导，设团长、副团长。到1945年8月，全县有儿童团员15622名。
