    1938年冬， 莱阳县职工抗日救国会成立，会长时香亭，副会长刘四勿。1939年4
月， 刘四勿任会长。1940年冬，刘福田任会长。1941年2月，莱西县职工会在河里吴
家乡张格庄村成立，刘百福任会长。1942年10月，莱西南县职工会成立，王福林任会
长。
