    中国人民银行莱西支行对侨居国外同胞托寄给国内亲属的汇款，给予保护。1979
年1月1日起，国家实行优惠侨汇的办法，按照每百元人民币侨汇款额，发给购买紧俏
物品侨眷工业券24张，粮票10公斤，食油票0.75公斤，煤票70公斤。
    中共十一届三中全会以后，侨汇款额增加，莱西支行配备了专职干部进一步加强
了侨汇的管理工作。
