    预算外收入是地方财政的机动财力和各部门预算资金的补充力量。1963年到1987
年， 莱西县预算外收入合计为3631.6万元， 其中附加收入为1075.5万元（工商附加
202.2万元、 农业税附加558.5万元、城市公用附加314.8万元）；财政集中的其他资
金1230.6万元；财政集中的企业资金792.9万元。
