    建国初期，只检定木杆枰，其它衡器如台、案秤，每年由上级管理部门按时组织
检修人员普检和检定。1978年，标准计量所成立，开展衡器维修业务，到1987年，已
能检定长度计量的千分尺、百分表、游表卡尺和力学计量的各种衡器、各种工作压力
表、血压表、天平及二、三、四等砝码；能进行企业计量和推行法定计量单位及监督
检查集市贸易用秤和检修台、案秤。
