    本县非农业人口， 1964年以前，每人每月供应食油0.1公斤。1965年，提到每人
每月0.15公斤。 全年供应非农业人口食油2.8万公斤。1975年起，每人每月供应0.25
公斤。每逢国庆节、新年、春节每人补助0.25公斤。是年，供应全县非农业人中食油
6.94万公斤。 1987年供应全县非农业人口食油19.82万公斤。农村人口，由集体分配
油料， 每人每年花生米6公斤。1983年实行家庭联产承包责任制后，集体不搞油料分
配。
