    东起烟台路西至青岛路， 长0.8公里，为一块板式沥青路面，铺装人行道及路沿
石。红线宽24米、车行道 16米、人行道2×4米。自烟台路至水产门市部0.13公里段，
系水集老街旧址， 向西路段原为水集三村居民区，1981年到1985年拆迁民房167间，
拓出街道雏形，1985年铺筑沥青，为个体户商业街，俗称个体户街，两侧多是个体户
建的二层营业兼住宅楼，式样新颖华丽。
