    平度县归国华侨联合会， 于1956年成立， 主席綦山云。“文革”期间被撤销，
1978年1月重新成立， 同时召开了县第一届归国华侨联合会。会议选出本届侨联委员
会委员35人。
    县第二届归国华侨联合会，于1981年11月召开，会议选举出第二届委员会，有委
员45人，并设常委会。
